A Little Bit About Me
Hello my name is Omar Abdul Jabar, I am half American and half Iraqi, I know what a strange mix.

Although I am from America, I was raised overseas for most of my life where I was exposed to a variety of cultures and ethnic groups.

When it comes to my own personal culture, I have to say I am very American.

Now lets see, more about who I am as a person. Well I am a pretty relaxed and open guy. I love to travel, try different foods and enjoy good conversations.

I am also quite a nerd. I read comic books, love Star Wars, Doctor who and old retro RPG's. For those who think this is alarming, dont worry, I can keep a lid on it with out boring you to death.

Faith wise I am pretty laxed, I dont really pray but this does not mean I am ignorant when it comes to Islam to which I have a firm understanding of ranging from the Quran and Sunnah.

Also it should be important to point out is that I have tattoos and will continue to collect them. I say this for two reasons:

1. I understand that some people may be turned off by this and want you to know straight away.

2. I feel it is important to show who I am straight away so people understand who I am as a person rather than an avatar on the internet.

What I Am Looking For
I am looking for a smart and intelligent woman who has a lot of ambition, an open mind and a love for life.

I also want a woman who understands that love and marriage is a two way street with compromise. My way or the highway is not good enough for me due to how I was raised (this includes myself).

Faith does not bother me but I do not want a stick in the mud. I want someone who is non judgmental, enjoys going to the movies and also likes music.
Also I would like someone who does not mind going to a bar or a place where they serve alcohol for good music or a good meal as long as we ourselves keep it halal.
